Welcome to the GFI Hands On Cooking Workshop! Join us for a fun and interactive cooking experience at Shenkman Hall. Learn how to minimize food waste through two easy and delicious recipes (Vegetable Stock and Tuscan Bean Soup). Taught by food journalist Annette Nielsen in the Shenkman Dining Teaching Kitchen.
