Stacy Dean, ’88, MPP’92, served as the deputy under secretary for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s food, nutrition, and consumer services since 2021. Now, she’s headed back to the nonprofit sector, joining the new José Andrés-backed Global Food Institute at The George Washington University as its first executive director.
